I want a Russian Blue and I was just wondering what their personality was like?

i used to have a russian blue cat for years and he was the sweetest cat, very affectionate and liked alot of attention. they are beautiful cats

I know people who have a Russian Blue. The guy said this cat was super loving and so incredibly loyal to the point it reminded him of a dog. Also said it was very smart.

That’s pretty much what I’ve heard elsewhere. In activity they are not as active as a Siamese or Bengal – and definitely not as talkative as those – - but they’re not as laid back as a Persian or Ragdoll. They like to play and clown around. They seem to be a good family cat.
Plus of course they are gorgeous with that shimmery fur and those green eyes.

Why not go to the website of major breed registries like FIFe or CFA and they would have info on each breed of cat as well as links to breed clubs and to breeders.

They are lovely cats.

i have one…real smart, really affectionate, kinda skittish of strangers at first but gets used to them – that may be because he was wild when i got him though. he fetches too. reminds me of a dog in alot of ways, likes belly rubs. they are beautiful cats.

edit: whoever said no shedding is wrong they sure shed!
